What You'll Do: In this role, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our clients, embodying warmth, persistence, and excellent listening skills to understand and meet their housing needs. Your responsibilities include leveraging our advanced CRM for lead management and engaging with potential clients through various channels. Additionally, you’ll work closely with our listing and buyer agents to schedule appointments for clients prepared to take the next step in their home search. Responsibilities: • Learning and utilizing cutting-edge CRMs and other technologies to maximize productivity and achieve revenue goals • Accepting inbound calls, emails, texts, and referrals as part of established outreach and sales initiatives to potential clients • Building strong relationships with clients to understand their specific needs and desires as home buyers or sellers • Accurately qualifying potential clients to ensure efficient use of time and resources • Practicing and internalizing scripts through role play to enhance communication skills • Following up with all leads in the pipeline and maintaining regular contact with clients • Building strong relationships with agents on our team to promote teamwork and collaboration • Building and maintaining relationships with our lender partners, serving as a helpful resource to clients Qualifications: • Exceptional verbal communication skills and a dedication to providing outstanding customer service • Strong listening skills and the ability to understand and respond to client needs • Resilience and a high level of energy to tackle new challenges with enthusiasm • A willingness to obtain a Real Estate License to further your professional development • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering the highest quality work • Unquestionable work habits, including a strong work ethic and a focus on achieving goals • Absolute fearlessness in pursuing new opportunities and overcoming obstacles • An ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies to stay ahead of the competition Compensation: $75,000+ yearly
