We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Cold Caller to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential property sellers, buyers, or investors to generate leads, set appointments, and build rapport. This role is crucial in driving business growth through effective communication and lead conversion. Responsibilities: • Outbound Calling: Make a high volume of cold calls daily (100+ calls/day) to property owners, expired listings, FSBOs (For Sale By Owners), and other lead sources. • Lead Generation: Identify motivated sellers and buyers, qualify leads, and accurately document conversations and lead details in the CRM. • Appointment Setting: Set appointments for the acquisition team or real estate agents to follow up with warm leads. • Follow-Up: Conduct consistent follow-up calls with leads who are not yet ready to transact. • CRM Management: Maintain detailed records of all calls, conversations, and follow-up activities using a CRM system. • Script Utilization: Follow provided scripts while adapting to real-time conversations to build trust and handle objections. • Market Knowledge: Stay informed about local real estate trends and the properties in target areas. Qualifications: • Experience: Minimum 1 year of cold calling or telemarketing experience, preferably in real estate or sales. • Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and confident phone presence. • Sales Acumen: Ability to handle objections, build rapport quickly, and close for appointments. • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Podio, Mojo Dialer, Salesforce), dialer software, and basic Excel/Google Sheets. • Self-Motivated: Goal-oriented, self-disciplined, and capable of working independently. • Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational skills to manage leads and follow-up tasks efficiently. • Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish). Compensation: $5 - $7 hourly
