You’ll be responsible for converting pre-qualified leads into new clients and following up with existing customers to make sure they sell their home with us. Compensation: 10% Responsibilities: Update client information in the CRM to make sure all real estate team members have current information Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clients Create monthly and quarterly sales reports to show the team’s progress toward company goals Reach out to leads continuously until they have an appointment set with either a listing agent or a buyer’s agent Follow up with customers via phone calls, email, etc., to ensure they buy their next home with us Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in real estate. Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and confident phone presence. Sales Acumen: Ability to handle objections, build rapport quickly, and close for appointments. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Resimpli, Kixie, GoHighLevel), dialer software, and basic Excel/Google Sheets. Self-Motivated: Goal-oriented, self-disciplined, and capable of working independently. Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational skills to manage leads and follow-up tasks efficiently.
