At Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty, we're looking for a motivated and driven Inside Sales Agent to be the heartbeat of our lead generation system. This role is about people, not scripts. It's about persistence, not pressure. Your mission will be to set the stage for our top-tier real estate agents by sparking trust and curiosity with every conversation. In this role, you will: • Proactively engage with new prospects and inbound leads. • Follow up with precision to convert conversations into qualified appointments. • Use your exceptional communication skills to build rapport and trust. • Collaborate with our sales team to ensure a seamless client experience. Responsibilities: • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met • Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline • Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data • Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process • Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions • Warmly greet all prospects via phone/email/message • Achieve productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries • Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination, and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities • NO COLD CALLING- working with inbound warm leads generated from marketing • Accurately qualify potential customers for appointments with field agents • Convert inbound sales inquiries to appointments with OSAs (outside sales agents) • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections • Comply with reporting requirements and deadlines • Follow all company policies and procedures in an effort to meet production goals • Qualifying leads to accurately conveying motivation, competition, and financial specifics to real estate agents • Participate in regular training and education requirements • Support team initiatives and growth • Be willing to test new ideas and be able to provide constructive feedback • Maintain a professional dress appearance • Follow company guidelines, policies, and procedures at all times • Be punctual and dependable in regard to attendance • Maintain a positive attitude • Maintain an active Texas Real Estate license Qualifications: • +1 year of real estate sales experience • Real estate license or pursuing required • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • A Texas Real Estate License is required.     $60,000-$80,000 per year
