    Inside Sales Agent (ISA) Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty – Waycros Poe Team The Inside Sales Agent is responsible for converting inbound and outbound leads into qualified face-to-face appointments for the Outside Sales Agents. This role supports the team’s high-volume sales model by ensuring fast follow-up, strong communication, and consistent lead nurturing. Responsibilities: • Follow up with all prospects quickly and consistently to convert leads into appointments for OSAs. • Use the team’s omnipresence systems (content calendar, social media, website offers, retargeting) to nurture and engage leads. • Track daily activities, pipelines, and conversion metrics; complete required reporting and monthly reviews. • Participate in daily training, role-play clinics, and shadowing to continuously improve conversion skills. • Provide a 5-star customer experience on every call and interaction. • Work closely with the ISA Director and support the team ratio of 1 ISA for every 5 OSAs. Qualifications: • Strong drive, discipline, and capacity to perform consistently at a high level, matching the ideal ISA profile. • Excellent communication and client-management skills for converting leads into appointments. • Ability to follow structured training systems, including daily mandated training, advanced courses, and role-play clinics. • Highly organized and accountable, with the ability to track metrics and complete daily/weekly reporting. • Comfortable using CRM systems, omnipresent tools, and online lead-nurture platforms (website, social media, retargeting). • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to support multiple OSAs (1 ISA per 5 OSAs). • Committed to delivering a 5-star experience and upholding the team’s service standards.
