What You’ll Do: • Talk to Buyers & Sellers – We’ll provide warm leads from Zillow, Redfin, OpenDoor, Clever, Homelight, and our own large database. • Build Trust – Ask the right questions, listen closely, and understand each client’s needs. • Set Appointments – Help our agents get face-to-face with clients by setting appointments for showings or consultations. • Be Part of a Team – Work closely with supportive teammates and leaders who want to help you succeed. Office-Based Role This is not remote. Choose from these SoCal locations: Chino | Downey | Newport Beach | Victorville Work Schedule: • Monday to Friday – 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM • One Saturday per month – 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM Bonus If You Speak Spanish! Pay & Benefits: • $17–$19/hour + Commissions • Full Benefits – Medical, Dental, Vision, and more • Training & Support – We’ll give you everything you need to succeed Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Doing as an Inside Sales Agent • Working on Home Buyer and Seller Leads: You'll connect with home buyer and seller leads from our database as well as motivated buyers and sellers from top lead sources, including Zillow, Redfin, Open Door, Clever, and Homelight. • Building Relationships: Engage with clients to uncover needs, establish trust, and position our agents for success. • Driving Business Growth: Set appointments for our agents to go view properties or schedule in-person consultations and help fuel our growth across multiple markets. Qualifications: • FULL TIME Inside Sales Agent- Flexible. • Requires working 1 weekend day out of the Month. • Appointment Setting, Telemarketing, and Phone Customer Service. • In Real Estate or with a future desire to be a Licensed Agent. • Monday through Friday and 1 Saturday a month. Compensation: $17 - $19 hourly + Commission
