What You’ll Be Doing as an Inside Sales Agent • Working on Home Buyer and Seller Leads: You'll connect with home buyer and seller leads from our database as well as motivated buyers and sellers from top lead sources, including Zillow, Redfin, Open Door, Clever, and Homelight. • Building Relationships: Engage with clients to uncover needs, establish trust, and position our agents for success. • Driving Business Growth: Set appointments for our agents to go view properties or schedule in-person consultations and help fuel our growth across multiple markets. Qualifications: • FULL TIME Inside Sales Agent- Flexible. • Requires working 1 weekend day out of the Month. • Appointment Setting, Telemarketing, and Phone Customer Service. • In Real Estate or with a future desire to be a Licensed Agent. • Tuesday through Saturday Schedule. Compensation: $17 - $19 hourly
