Full-Time Real Estate Inside Sales Associate (Seller Leads) We are a real estate team in Arkansas that generates a steady flow of homeowner and seller leads. We are looking for an Inside Sales Associate (ISA) who can spend 40 hours per week speaking with homeowners, identifying motivated sellers, and setting qualified appointments for our listing agents. This is a phone-intensive role. Most of your day will be spent making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, following up with existing leads, and updating our CRM. Responsibilities: What You'll Do • Make 150-250 outbound calls per day to homeowners and seller leads • Respond to inbound seller inquiries • Build rapport within the first few minutes of each conversation • Identify motivation, timeline, property details, and selling goals • Set qualified listing appointments for our real estate agents • Follow up with leads who plan to sell in the future • Record accurate notes and next steps in our CRM • Send follow-up texts and emails when appropriate • Maintain daily and weekly goals for: • Calls made • Conversations held • Appointments set • Appointments attended What Success Looks Like After 90 days, top performers typically: • Consistently work a full 40-hour schedule • Maintain high outbound call activity every day • Set qualified listing appointments every week • Keep CRM records updated with complete notes • Follow up with leads until they are ready to sell or opt out Qualifications: Requirements • Fluent in spoken and written English • Neutral or U.S.-friendly accent • Minimum 2 years of real estate ISA, cold calling, or real estate lead conversion experience • Proven experience setting appointments from seller leads • Comfortable spending most of the workday on the phone • Ability to handle rejection and continue performing at a high level • Comfortable receiving coaching and implementing feedback quickly • Experience using CRM systems, dialers, and virtual communication tools • Reliable computer, headset, and high-speed internet connection • Strong attention to detail and follow-through Preferred Experience • Calling U.S.-based real estate leads • Follow Up Boss, KVCORE, Salesforce, or similar CRM experience • Experience with Mojo, CallTools, Vulcan7, or similar dialers Who Will Thrive in This Role • Enjoys talking with people throughout the day • Can stay focused during high call-volume days • Doesn't get discouraged by objections or rejection • Takes ownership of results • Learns quickly and applies coaching immediately Compensation: $14,000 - $18,000 yearly
