We’re looking for a licensed, sharp communicator to join our team as an Inside Sales Agent. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, identifying opportunities, and driving real estate conversations that convert. You'll focus on generating and qualifying leads, then passing them to our active buyers and listing agents. With strong systems, a steady stream of leads, and mentorship in place, this position offers a clear path toward becoming a Listing Agent. Responsibilities: • Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads • Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele • Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals • Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads • Follow the team plan • Set listing and buyer appointments • Execute appointments • Close sales • Grow into a lead buyer or listing agent • Team player • CRM and database mastery • Scripts and sales talk mastery Qualifications: • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license • Real estate license required • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $155,000 at plan commissions
