You’ll be responsible for prospecting new leads, making cold calls, building relationships with potential clients, and improving our lead conversion rate. Responsibilities: • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process • Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region • Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads Qualifications: • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Real estate license or pursuing required • +1 year of real estate sales experience • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car Compensation: $30,000 base with a plan earnings of $60,000
