We are a homebuying company that works directly with homeowners to solve problems by providing a quick, easy, and hassle-free home-selling process. This role is responsible for meeting with sellers in person, building trust, and negotiating win-win solutions to purchase their property. We are not real estate agents or Realtors; our company operates strictly in the off-market investment space, working one-on-one with homeowners who respond to our direct-to-seller marketing. We invest significant capital each month into marketing to generate opportunities, so you will be provided with leads and scheduled appointments. However, when you do not have active appointments or hot follow-ups, you will be expected to prospect and re-engage past opportunities to create new appointments. When you are not on in-person appointments, the role is currently work-from-home, with a company goal of opening an office by the end of the year. At that time, the position may transition into a hybrid schedule with certain in-office days. This is a commission-only role with strong earning potential, and a temporary base salary is provided during the first four months to support your ramp-up period. . Responsibilities: • Contact inbound and existing leads by phone, text, and email to qualify motivation. • Schedule appointments for Homebuying Specialists with qualified sellers. • Follow up with older and nurtured leads in the CRM to uncover new opportunities. • Maintain accurate notes and update lead statuses within the CRM. • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting goals. Qualifications: • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Coachable Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 yearly
