Are you a natural communicator who knows how to keep conversations alive and convert curiosity into action? We’re hiring a Follow-Up Specialist / Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to nurture and qualify inbound real estate leads and set high-quality appointments for our acquisition team. This is a critical role — you're the glue between marketing and closing. You’ll be the first real human contact many of our leads have had. Your job is to build rapport, identify motivation, qualify or disqualify, and move the best prospects forward. These are warm leads — they’ve already raised their hand. Now we need someone to guide them toward action. You're a perfect fit if: • Are persistent — you follow up, and you never give up too soon • Communicate clearly and naturally — both written and verbal • Are confident on the phone — you can take control of a conversation and build trust fast • Are naturally curious — you ask great questions and uncover the truth? • Understand how to qualify leads — you know not every lead is worth the team’s time • Are goal-oriented — you like hitting metrics and tracking your progress • Are coachable and self-aware — you want to improve and take feedback like a pro • Are consistent and disciplined — you show up and follow through • Spanish-speaking is a major plus (not required) Responsibilities: • Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline • Follow up with inbound seller leads via phone, text, and CRM • Ask the right questions to identify their situation, motivation, and property details • Qualify or disqualify leads based on criteria and seller motivation • Set up appointments for the Acquisition Manager with qualified leads • Log conversations and keep CRM clean, organized, and updated • Follow up consistently and persistently — timing is everything • Track KPIs daily (calls, contacts, appointments) • Collaborate closely with the sales and lead management team Qualifications: • Experience in sales, customer service, real estate, or phone-based roles • Strong verbal and written communication • Solid organizational and time-management skills • Comfortable using a CRM and tech tools (we’ll train you on our stack) • Remote work setup with fast internet and a quiet environment • Availability to work U.S. hours (flexible shifts available) Compensation: $20,000 - $30,000 yearly
