    Our company, Kingdom Home Buyers, is a home-buying business. We are looking for hungry professionals who want to join a fast-paced sales team and a growing company built on integrity, excellence, and service. This is preferably a Texas remote position; we are open to fully remote. The inside sales rep is a crucial member of our organization, directly contributing to the success of our business. The role involves reaching out and qualifying outbound leads, accurately reporting inside our CRM, identifying potential issues in our sales process, and communicating these to the team leader. The inside sales rep is responsible for meeting sales targets, generating revenue, and contributing to the overall goals and plans developed by the sales management team. Responsibilities: • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process • Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently • Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region Qualifications: • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license • At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 yearly
