Inside Sales Agent – Commercial Looking to build a long-term career in commercial real estate? In this role, you’ll work on identifying and engaging both inbound and outbound prospects, qualifying investor interest, uncovering property opportunities, and connecting leads with our experienced advisors. Responsibilities: • Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data • Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region • Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently Qualifications: • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Real estate license or pursuing required • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Real estate license required • Commission opportunity • Superb communication Compensation: $175,000 at plan commissions
