This role is a direct stepping stone into becoming a commercial agent, offering rewarding commissions, proven systems, and hands-on mentorship from top producers. As an Inside Sales Agent, you’ll identify opportunities, generate qualified leads, and create pipelines that fuel the success of our commercial brokers. Responsibilities: • Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads • Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele • Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process • Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals Qualifications: • Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car Compensation: $130,000 at plan commissions
