We’re hiring a full-time Inside Sales Agent to work in person at our Gainesville headquarters, alongside our executive and leadership team. This is a unique opportunity to join a nationally recognized real estate company with an already thriving remote ISA team. Now, we're building a high-performance, local inside sales presence—and we're looking for the right person to help set the pace. Responsibilities: • Answer inbound calls on the main brokerage phone line, delivering a warm, professional experience and appropriately routing inquiries. • Monitor and respond to messages and calls coming through the brokerage cell phone to ensure fast, professional client service. • Call, text, and email prospective buyers and sellers to build rapport, understand needs, and create new opportunities for our agents. • Screen inbound and outbound leads, identify motivation and timeline, and set appointments for field agents. • Maintain organized, up-to-date lead records and notes in our CRM system to ensure follow-up consistency and visibility. • Support geographic farming efforts and circle prospecting around active listings and open houses. • Track daily, weekly, and monthly metrics to measure success and inform strategies. • Collaborate closely with leadership, marketing, and agents to optimize lead handoffs and improve client conversion. • We offer a clear path for advancement with defined performance benchmarks, mentorship opportunities, and potential to grow into senior ISA, team lead, or leadership roles as we expand. Qualifications: • 1+ years of experience in real estate sales, inside sales, or a high-volume phone-based role. • Must be based in (or willing to relocate to) Gainesville, FL — this role is not remote. • Strong phone communication skills, active listening skills, and relationship-building ability. • High drive for results, coachability, and a growth mindset. • Valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable transportation.
