    Inventory Growth Specialist - RSTS Group - Coldwell Banker Global Luxury The RSTS Group is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Inventory Growth Specialist to help us grow our listing inventory and expand our presence throughout Sarasota and Manatee Counties. This role is focused on creating high-quality listing opportunities by engaging homeowners, nurturing relationships, activating our database, following up with valuation leads, supporting open house strategies, and booking appointments with potential sellers. The Inventory Growth Specialist’s primary responsibility is to book quality appointments with homeowners who may be considering selling now or in the future. These appointments are the foundation of the role. More quality appointments create more listing opportunities, more signed agreements, more closings, and greater income potential. This position is ideal for someone confident on the phone, enjoys connecting with people, is organized in follow-up, and is motivated by a performance-based compensation structure. The right person will be comfortable using systems such as Follow Up Boss, HiFello, Listing Leads campaigns, and proactive outreach strategies to uncover opportunities within our existing database and local marketplace. The RSTS Group currently has over 42,000 contacts in Follow Up Boss, creating a significant opportunity to identify future sellers, re-engage past leads, and build relationships with homeowners before they are ready to list. The Inventory Growth Specialist will play a key role in turning that data into appointments, appointments into listings, and listings into long-term business growth. This is a full-time, in-office role with a strong base of training, coaching, systems, and support. The ideal candidate is ambitious, coachable, consistent, positive, competitive, and passionate about helping people while contributing to the growth of one of Sarasota’s most respected real estate teams. Responsibilities: • Book high-quality appointments with homeowners and potential clients by identifying motivation, understanding timing, building trust, and creating opportunities for the RSTS team to secure new listings. • Activate and manage the RSTS database inside Follow Up Boss , including re-engaging past leads, sending thoughtful campaigns, following up with contacts, updating notes, and turning existing data into listing opportunities. • Follow up with home valuation leads, expired listings, FSBOs, and other seller-focused opportunities using a relationship-first approach that positions RSTS as the trusted resource before homeowners are ready to sell. • Support neighborhood and listing growth strategies , including circle prospecting, neighbor outreach, open house follow-up, Just Listed/Just Sold campaigns, and helping turn one listing into additional listings nearby. • Research and develop new inventory growth strategies by studying neighborhoods, market trends, database opportunities, price reductions, withdrawn listings, and other signals to identify future sellers. Qualifications: • A natural relationship builder who enjoys starting conversations, asking good questions, and making people feel comfortable, understood, and respected. • Confident, polished communicator who can represent a high-end real estate brand with warmth, professionalism, and energy — whether by phone, email, text, or in person. • Organized enough to turn conversations into opportunities , with the discipline to manage follow-up, CRM notes, campaigns, tasks, and long-term nurture inside Follow Up Boss. • Driven by goals, growth, and performance , with the motivation to consistently book quality appointments and create meaningful listing opportunities. • Curious, coachable, and commercially minded , with the ability to study neighborhoods, spot opportunity in data, learn quickly, and think creatively about how to generate more inventory. Compensation: $123,600 - $198,000 yearly
