    Our rapidly growing team is in search of a motivated real estate inside sales agent. You’ll hunt for leads, gather pertinent information for buyers and sellers, and add leads to the sales funnel. We are looking for someone who is results-oriented and has the ability to quickly connect and build rapport with people. Responsibilities: • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process • Appointment-setting skills are mandatory • Be able to work flexible hours • Phone skills are important • Respond to customers' calls, emails, and web requests • Must be willing to be behind a desk during work hours Qualifications: • Real estate license or pursuing required • Must have excellent attention to detail and follow-up • Great phone skills • Positive attitude • General knowledge of computer-based systems • Must have a valid Real Estate License - or a valid Real Estate License obtained within 60 days • Once a valid Real Estate License is obtained, commissions are paid • Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 yearly
