We are looking for someone who is results-oriented and has the ability to quickly connect and build rapport with people. Applicants should be experienced, driven sales professionals who want to apply their knowledge and skills to offer solutions with our services. This is not a training role. If you haven’t personally put multiple investment properties under contract, this will not be a fit. Responsibilities: • Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline • Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals • Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele • Consistently secure 3–5 signed purchase contracts per month • Handle full-cycle acquisitions: lead - negotiation - contract • Conduct seller calls independently (motivation, condition, pricing) • Present and defend cash offers with confidence • Maintain a clean, conversion-driven CRM pipeline Qualifications: • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position • High School Diploma Required • Direct experience closing off-market deals (wholesale or buy-and-hold) • Proven ability to negotiate price, terms, and timelines • Strong deal analysis skills (ARV, repairs, MAO) Compensation: $70,000 - $122,000 yearly
