Responsibilities: • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region • Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process • Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data • Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met • Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline • Team and individual sales • Lead follow-up • Lead generation • CRM and database mastery • Follow the team plan • Set appointments • Close sales • Sales talk mastery Qualifications: • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Real estate license or pursuing required • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • A real estate license is requiredMust live in the Greater Phoenix AreaCommission opportunity • Sales experience • Good communication Compensation: $85,000 - $155,000 at plan
