    We are in need of a real estate inside sales agent to join our team. You’ll be responsible for prospecting new leads, making cold calls, building relationships with potential clients, and improving our lead conversion rate. Responsibilities: • Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met • Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs • ⁠⁠Regularly update the customer database to ensure the sales team has the most current client information. • ⁠⁠Qualify incoming leads promptly to schedule appointments quickly and deliver an exceptional customer experience. • ⁠⁠Engage with prospects through email, phone calls, and other communication channels to convert them into qualified leads and guide them into the sales pipeline. • ⁠⁠Track and report key performance and sales metrics monthly and quarterly to monitor progress toward sales goals. • ⁠⁠Identify new connections within assigned territories to expand the client base. Qualifications: • +1 year of real estate sales experience • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • ⁠⁠Strong time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal. • ⁠⁠Knowledge of the sales process and proficiency in entering data into client databases. • ⁠⁠High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. • ⁠⁠Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car. • ⁠⁠Motivated, hardworking, and goal-oriented. • ⁠⁠Enthusiastic about sales and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. • ⁠⁠This position is on-site only in Wichita, KS. Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 yearly at plan
