Responsibilities: • Evaluate the team’s progress toward company goals by producing monthly and quarterly sales reports • Reach out to leads continuously until they have an appointment set with either a listing agent or buyer’s agent • Follow up with customers via phone calls, email, etc. to ensure they buy their next home with us • Convert pre-qualified real estate leads into new clients • Enter inbound leads and past clients’ current information into the customer database so all real estate agents and the sales team have the most up-to-date information Qualifications: • Valid U.S. driver’s license required, able to travel by car • Possesses superb interpersonal and communication skills • At least one year of real estate sales experience • Applicants must have a real estate license • High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred • Applicants must have a Texas Real Estate License Compensation: $75,000 at plan earnings
