WHAT WE OFFER: • Training - Coaching by the top coaches in Canada ensures we stay at the top of our game with on-going mentoring. • Technology - Modern, web-based CRM system, marketing, and project management tools, Team Support for all clients. • At Plan Earnings - $100,000+ commission based • Admin Assistant - Assists with paperwork. • AREAS WE SERVE: Toronto, York, and Durham Region Responsibilities: • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met • Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions • You’ll be responsible for prospecting new leads and existing leads making cold calls, building relationships with potential clients, and improving our lead conversion rate • Apply techniques from coaching sessions on how to convert leads in order to grow the sales pipeline • Effectively utilize CRM to manage leads and complete daily tasks • Help with existing clients Qualifications: • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • +1 year of real estate sales experience • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Excellent negotiation and networking skills • Technology driven • Organized and manages time effectively • Ability to communicate effectively in the English language (oral and written) • Strong passion for sales and talking to people • Real Estate experience and hold a valid Real Estate License. Compensation: $100,000+ Commission based
