Responsibilities: • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region • Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met • Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently • Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads • Follow the team plan • Set listing and buyer appointments • Execute appointments • Close sales • Grow into a lead buyer or listing agent • Team player • CRM and database mastery • Scripts and sales talk mastery Qualifications: • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Real estate license required in order to speak with potential clients and earn commissions • Sales experience Compensation: $125,000+
