Responsibilities: • Convert pre-qualified real estate leads into new clients • Record quarterly and monthly sales cycle performance metrics to ensure the real estate team's sales goals and conversion rates are met • Conduct lead follow up until appointments are set with either a listing or buyer’s agent • Follow up with customers via phone calls, email, etc. to ensure they buy their next home with us • Enter inbound leads and past clients’ current information into the customer database so all real estate agents and the sales team have the most up-to-date information • Relentless lead follow-up • Follow the team plan • Lead generation • Set appointments • Close appointments • Close sales • Grow into a lead buyer or listing agent • Database and CRM mastery • Sales scripts Qualifications: • Real estate license required • +1 year of experience generating real estate leads • Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Track record of excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills • Must have a high school diploma, 4-year degree preferred • A real estate license is required in order to work with clients • This opportunity is structured for professionals operating in a self-employed capacity • Sales experience Compensation: $120,000 at plan commissions
