Responsibilities: • Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently • Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline • Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met • Real estate sales • Database campaigns • Lead generation • Set appointments • Execute appointments • Sales talk mastery Qualifications: • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Real estate license or pursuing required • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Commission opportunity • Sales experience • Real estate license Compensation: $85,000 - $125,000 at plan
