Responsibilities: • Speak daily with homeowners via phone, text, and email. • Build rapport and trust quickly. • Negotiate offers that work for both the homeowner and the company. • Use our CRM to track leads, follow-ups, and deals in progress. • Manage incoming leads — even during evenings and weekends. • Consistently follow up with potential sellers to keep deals moving forward. • Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales goals. Qualifications: • Sales experience preferred, especially in phone-based or inside sales. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Strong negotiation skills or the drive to learn them quickly. • Resilient and self-motivated — thrives under pressure. • Willing to work evenings/weekends when needed. • Must work in-office in Fort Lee, NJ (no remote).
