We’re hiring a few part-time (20 hours a week) real estate inside sales agents to join our top-performing team. You’ll be responsible for converting pre-qualified leads into new clients and following up with existing customers to ensure they buy their next home with us. Responsibilities: • Follow up with customers via phone calls, email, etc. to ensure they buy their next home with us • Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clients • Evaluate the team’s progress toward company goals by producing monthly and quarterly sales reports • Enter inbound leads and past clients’ current information into the customer database so all real estate agents and the sales team have the most up-to-date information • Conduct lead follow up until appointments are set with either a listing or buyer’s agent Qualifications: • Valid U.S. driver’s license required, able to travel by car • One year of sales experience as a real estate inside sales agent, sales associate, or related position in business development or the real estate industry • Must have great communication and interpersonal skills • Have or are willing to obtain a Real Estate license • Bilingual (bonus but not mandatory) • Self-Made Mentality Compensation: $19,000 - $37,000
