Responsibilities: • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region • Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline • Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs • Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals • Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data • Team and individual sales • Lead follow-up • Lead generation • CRM and database mastery • Follow the team plan • Set appointments • Close sales • Sales talk mastery Qualifications: • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license • A real estate license is required • Must live in the Greater Phoenix Area • Sales experience • Good communication Compensation: $85,000 - $155,000 at plan
