Responsibilities: • Conduct regular inspections of properties under management to assess their condition and identify any maintenance or repair needs. • Document inspection findings accurately and thoroughly, including photographs and detailed notes. • Communicate inspection results to relevant stakeholders, including property owners, tenants, and internal management teams. • Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors to address identified issues in a timely manner. • Maintain up-to-date records of inspection reports and related documentation. • Assist in developing and implementing preventive maintenance plans to minimize future issues. Qualifications: • Previous experience in property management, real estate, or a related field preferred. • Strong computer skills. • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify maintenance issues and safety hazards. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in using inspection tools and software applications. • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required. Compensation: $60,000 yearly
