Southern Interior Solutions Co. is hiring a Showroom / Design Consultant to help homeowners bring their vision to life through plantation shutters, roller shades, and custom Shelving. This role is perfect for someone with an eye for design who enjoys guiding customers through product selection, finishes, and room layouts. You'll work directly with homeowners, builders, and designers who are ready to invest in quality window treatments and Custom Shelving for their homes. Responsibilities: What you'll do: • Greet and consult with showroom visitors • Walk customers through product options, finishes, and configurations • Prepare quotes and follow up on design proposals • Coordinate with our measure and install teams to ensure a smooth customer experience • Maintain a clean, inviting, well-merchandised showroom Qualifications: What we're looking for: • A friendly, polished communicator with strong design sensibility • Background in interior design, home staging, retail home furnishings, flooring, or similar • Comfortable with quoting software and basic measurement math • Self-motivated and organized Compensation: $16 - $50 hourly
