Real Estate Internet Lead Inside Sales Agent — Isa
Position Overview High-performing residential real estate brokerage team is seeking a motivated, articulate, and coachable Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to tackle and manage the conversion of incoming real estate internet leads. This is a key lead conversion role focused on prospecting, qualifying and cultivating, and nurturing long-lasting relationships with both home buyer and home seller clients. The ISA is responsible for nurturing leads, setting appointments, and performing live call transfers to our real estate sales agents. This position is key to growing pipeline sales volume and keeping clients engaged. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities • Conduct high-volume outbound calls, texts, and emails to hot and warm leads using our CRM (Follow Up Boss) • Qualify buyer and seller leads through discovery conversations • Set appointments for consultations, showings, and calls with real estate agents • Warm up and nurture older leads using proven scripts and workflows • Transfer leads (via live call transfers) to agents when appropriate, and document all information in CRM • Successfully handle objections, provide value, and build rapport with potential clients • Collaborate with team agents to understand availability and booking preferences • Track and report daily activities and lead conversion metrics • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and goals What You Get • Access to a pipeline of leads (both buyers and sellers) • Proven scripts, systems, and ongoing coaching • Full CRM access with automations and workflows in place • Performance-based commissions and growth potential • A collaborative, high-energy team environment Qualifications: Minimum Requirements • High-school diploma or equivalent • 1+ year prior successful sales or internet Marketing Experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Comfortable with high-volume, high-quality phone outreach (150+ dials per day), using scripts and proven sales techniques and methodologies • Good understanding of CRM systems and sales pipelines, with strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems (Follow Up Boss, Internet Lead Management, Google Workspace) • Self-motivated with a team-player mindset, with a passion and desire to grow in the real estate industry • Must be located in Greater Las Vegas and familiar with the area Preferred Qualifications • 2+ years of successful inside sales and/or outbound sales experience • Bilingual (including Spanish and other languages) • Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills, including seamlessly keeping an off-script conversation going • Familiarity with lead generation platforms and online marketing tools • Internet Lead Management • 1+ year of real estate industry experience and real estate CRMs Compensation: $48,000 - $80,000 yearly
