If you enjoy negotiating, analyzing deals, talking to homeowners, and getting contracts signed, this is where you can thrive. (This is a Hybrid role.) Responsibilities: • Make 150 calls per day while diligently maintaining your Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to document all necessary interaction details and monitor the sales process. • Engage directly with off-market sellers to facilitate the contract process by building rapport & leveraging your negotiation skills to overcome objections and secure contracts. • Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research, contracts, and other business admin paperwork in advance of a real estate transaction. • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective sellers, ensuring consistent follow-up and effective management of potential deals. • Diligently maintain your Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to document all interactions, ensuring that every detail of contact and negotiation is tracked and accessible. • Participate actively in daily training sessions and commit to ongoing personal and professional development to enhance your sales proficiency and contribute to our culture of excellence. • Track your behaviors and daily activities (KPIs). Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required • 1 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred Compensation: $90,000 - $150,000 yearly
