About Reafco Reafco is an investment-focused real estate brokerage specializing in single-family and multifamily residential properties throughout Ohio. Our agents work with investors and homeowners across multiple markets while developing long-term market knowledge and transaction expertise.

Position Overview We are seeking licensed real estate professionals interested in working within a production-based environment focused on residential and investment properties.

In this role, you will:

Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions

Prospect through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach

Analyze properties using market data and investment metrics

Attend property walkthroughs, inspections, and due diligence processes

Build long-term client relationships

This role is suited for professionals who are comfortable in a commission-based environment and interested in developing expertise in residential and investment real estate.

Qualifications

Active Ohio real estate license (or actively pursuing licensure)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently in a performance-based role

Experience in sales or outbound prospecting preferred but not required

Interest in residential and investment-focused real estate
