    An experienced Residential Property Manager is needed to handle the daily operations of two Manufactured Home Communities. The property manager is responsible for all daily operational duties as well as the administrative aspects of the communities. This includes facilitating the goal of reaching and maintaining a 100% occupancy rate, rent collections, conducting site inspections to ensure compliance with community standards, report completion, and working with vendors along with other duties. Responsibilities: • Rent collections, postings, and bank deposits • Delinquencies and evictions • Follow-up and reporting on delinquencies • Resident relations; prompt response to inquiries • Community inspections and rule enforcement • Increasing and maintaining occupancy • Leasing, and move-ins • Prompt follow-up and follow-through with applicants and prospective residents • Marketing/advertising vacancies and homes for sale • Showing homes for sale or rent • Working with vendors to maintain and enhance the community • Executing the company's standard operating procedures and policies • Communication with regional manager and corporate officers Qualifications: • High School Diploma or equivalent • Must be legally permitted to work in the US • Minimum of 1 year experience in residential property management • Must work calmly under pressure and be able to follow through on commitments • Works honestly with integrity and be adaptable to changing circumstances in a fast- paced environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Detail oriented and highly organized • Excellent negotiation skills • Computer proficiency including email, internet, and Microsoft Office Suite • Experience using ManageAmerica a plus • Knowledge of basic accounting principles Compensation: $41,000 yearly
