Internship Overview:

The Real Estate Investment Intern program provides structured exposure to investment-focused brokerage operations.

Interns may gain experience in:

Deal sourcing systems and lead tracking

Market research and property analysis

Comparative market data review

Rental performance metrics

Transaction coordination processes

Exposure to property management fundamentals

Observing renovation planning and budgeting processes

Interns work alongside licensed professionals and receive guided instruction throughout the program.

Qualifications:

Interest in real estate investment or brokerage operations

Strong communication and organizational skills
