This internship provides structured exposure to sales, property analysis, and operational processes within an investment-focused brokerage environment.

Internship Overview

The Real Estate Sales Intern will gain hands-on exposure to real estate transactions, lead generation, and investment-focused sales processes under the guidance of licensed professionals.

Interns may gain exposure to:

Supporting lead generation and prospect outreach efforts

Assisting with property research and comparative market analysis

Observing client meetings and transaction processes

Learning how investment properties are evaluated using market and financial metrics

Supporting documentation and administrative processes related to active transactions

All activities are supervised and instructional in nature.

Qualifications:

Interest in real estate sales, property investment, or brokerage operations

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to work in both office and field environments

Reliable and able to manage assigned responsibilities

No prior real estate experience required
