Responsibilities: • Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale • Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction • Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed • Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research • Prospect for acquisition properties • Follow the team plan • CRM mastery Qualifications: • Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work • Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments • Commission opportunity • Good communication • Real Estate License Required Compensation: $80,000 - $135,000 at plan commissions
