Responsibilities: • Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed • Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction • Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales • Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research • Find acquisition properties • Develop a builder, developer, and contractor network • Investment property lead generation • Investment property lead follow-up • Listing appointments • Investment property buyer and seller sales Qualifications: • Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented • Real estate license required to work with clients and earn commissions • Ability to learn and coachable • Sales experience Compensation: $140,000+ at plan
