Responsibilities: • Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward • Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends • Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process • Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale • Find acquisition properties • Develop a builder, developer, and contractor network • Investment property lead generation • Investment property lead follow-up • Listing appointments • Investment property buyer and seller sales Qualifications: • Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required • Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work • A real estate license is required • Sales experience • Must live within daily driving distance of the office Compensation: $155,000 at plan commissions
