    We’re looking for a results-driven Acquisitions Specialist to join a top-producing real estate team with direct access to a high-converting Zillow leads program. In this role, you’ll identify property opportunities, build relationships with sellers and investors, and help guide deals from first contact to close. Your ability to think strategically, communicate effectively, and stay focused on results will be key to your success. You’ll be part of a collaborative, fast-paced team environment that supports your growth through active lead generation, hands-on mentorship, and proven systems. With a consistent flow of quality leads and strong team infrastructure, this role offers real momentum and strong commission potential. A valid real estate license is required. Responsibilities: • Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales • Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information • Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction • Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed • Find acquisition properties • Develop a builder, developer, and contractor network • Investment property lead generation • Investment property lead follow-up • Listing appointments • Investment property buyer and seller sales Qualifications: • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented • Commission opportunityReal estate license • Great communication Compensation: $84,000 - $160,000 at plan
