Responsibilities: • Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition • Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close • Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients • Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information • Team and database lead generation • Find acquisition properties • Develop builder, developer, and contractor network • Investment property lead generation • Investment property lead follow-up • Listing appointments • Investment property buyer and seller sales • Close appointments • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments • A real estate license is required • Good communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $170,000 at plan
