Responsibilities: • Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract • Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends • Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process • Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction • Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales • Identify and evaluate potential acquisition opportunities from incoming leads • Conduct property analysis using comps, market trends, and research • Present and negotiate purchase offers with property owners • Respond quickly and professionally to all new leads and client inquiries • Build rapport with sellers and guide them through the sales process • Manage and track all communication, follow-ups, and deal updates within the CRM • Coordinate with buyers and sellers to ensure smooth and timely closings • Overcome objections and confidently move deals forward • Consistently achieve company KPIs and performance goals Qualifications: • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed • +1 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments • 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate or related experience highly desired • Real estate license is not required prior to hiring but must be obtained upon starting • Strong desire to succeed in real estate acquisitions and sales • Goal-oriented with a self-driven and competitive mindset • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Real Estate, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong phone presence with the ability to build trust and close deals • Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales preferred Compensation: $48,000 - $100,000
