In this role, you’ll call and nurture warm investor leads, send project updates, help prepare marketing materials, and close new investment opportunities. You’ll also assist in analyzing deals, submitting offers, and working with sellers and virtual assistants to keep everything running smoothly. No two days are the same, and we value team members who are proactive, curious, and ready to step in wherever needed. Responsibilities: • Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed • Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition • Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales Investor Relations & Capital Raising • Call and follow up with warm investor leads; build trust and rapport to close investments • Generate and nurture new leads through creative outreach strategies • Present live deals with clarity and confidence via phone, Zoom, and email • Draft and send investor updates regarding current projects and returns • Create professional pitch decks, email campaigns, and other marketing collateral • Use CRM tools to manage your pipeline and investor database Acquisitions & Deal Support • Analyze real estate deals to determine profitability and investment potential • Coordinate with our virtual assistants to help gather property data and manage workflows • Assist in submitting offers and negotiating with home sellers • Communicate with property owners to assess motivation and secure favorable terms • Help manage due diligence and ensure smooth transaction coordination Other Responsibilities: • Property Acquisitions • Investor Relations • Raise Capital Qualifications: • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
