Responsibilities: • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed • Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales • Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information • Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed • Find acquisition properties • Develop a builder, developer, and contractor network • Investment property lead generation • Investment property lead follow-up • Listing appointments • Investment property buyer and seller sales Qualifications: • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required • Real estate license required • Ability to learn and coachable • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $165,000 at plan
