We’re in search of a driven Acquisitions Sales Advisor to join a results-focused real estate team centered on growth, opportunity, and teamwork. In this role, you’ll source potential property deals, build rapport with both homeowners and investors, and help manage transactions from first contact through closing. You’ll collaborate with high-producing agents and benefit from shared lead flow, systems, and team-based support. A valid real estate license is required, along with strong communication skills and a goal-oriented mindset. Responsibilities: • Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward • Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed • Prospect for acquisition properties • Follow the team plan • CRM mastery Qualifications: • Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments • Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality • Good communication • Real Estate License Required Compensation: $135,000 at plan
