Responsibilities: • Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition • Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction • Follow up on all leads and requests for information • Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed • Follow the team plan • Lead follow-up • Lead generation Qualifications: • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required • Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed • Real estate license required Compensation: $140,000 at plan
