Responsibilities: • Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions • Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research • Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close • Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM • Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information • Find acquisition properties • Develop builder, developer, and contractor network • Investment property lead generation • Investment property lead follow-up • Listing appointments • Investment property buyer and seller sales Qualifications: • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed • A real estate license is required • Commission opportunity • Sales experience • Must live within daily driving distance of the office Compensation: $80,000 - $165,000 at plan
