Responsibilities: • Follow up on all leads and requests for information • Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM • Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction • Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research • Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales • Find acquisition properties • Develop a builder, developer, and contractor network • Investment property lead generation • Investment property lead follow-up • Listing appointments • Investment property buyer and seller sales Qualifications: • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed • A real estate license is required • Sales experience • Must live within daily driving distance of the office Compensation: $165,000 at plan
