Acquisitions Agent Opportunity We are looking for a results-driven Acquisitions Agent to join one of our established real estate teams. In this role, you will pursue property opportunities, build relationships with both homeowners and investors, and help drive team success through strategic outreach and lead generation. You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where collaboration, consistency, and follow-up are key. Responsibilities: • Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions • Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close • Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract • Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM • Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research • Follow the team plan Qualifications: • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Real estate license required Compensation: $140,000 at plan yearly
